Print Orders- Tournaments & Showcases

Locating a FedEx Print and Ship

Print orders are placed for showcases and tournaments for all brands and types of events. These orders are placed via email with descriptions of quantity, color or black and white, size, & type of paper needed. Event directors are in charge of picking up these orders unless otherwise noted.

Print Orders are always sent to a FedEx Print & Ship store. Directors let us know which store they prefer by filling out the Director Information Form. If you are placing the print order, make sure the address provided by the director is a FedEx Print & Ship (not a site or warehouse) or it will not work.

The email address for each FedEx Print & Ship can be found by going to the specific website for that location.

Ex: For this location in St. Louis Park, MN, we can see there is a website for this store.

  1. Click on the “Website” icon.
  2. This takes you to the store's specific website.

3. Right-click on “Email This Location” and click “Copy Email Address”.

4. You can now paste that email address in the “To” section of your print order email.

Exposure Credentials

  1. Scoresheets

    1. Click into the event in Exposure
    2. Scroll down to Event Contact and update the email address to be YOUR email address. Click Save
    3. Click ‘Scores’ on the left side
    4. Change the dropdown to Date Range and change the dropdowns to be all tournament days (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday)
    5. Click Export > Scoresheet (1-Page) > Venue/Court
    6. Scoresheets will be emailed to the email address you just updated above. Scoresheets can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. Save them to your file at 90% size.
    7. Once you receive the scoresheet via email, change the event contact back to support@prepgirlshoops.zendesk.com or support@prephoops.zendesk.com
  2. Blank Scoresheets

    1. Click into the event in Exposure
    2. Click Reports on the left side
    3. Scroll down and click Scoresheet (1 page)
    4. Click “Print” and save at 90% size.
  3. Schedule Grid

    1. Click into the event in Exposure
    2. Click Reports on the left side
    3. Click Schedule Grid and make these changes:
    4. Orientation: Landscape
    5. Size: Tabloid (11 x 17 in)
    6. Deselect ‘Page Break’
    7. Layout: Minimum
    8. Column Count: (choose a high number like 50)
    9. Click Print, and in the new tab that just opened, in the upper right corner, click Download.
  4. Team Check-In

    1. Click into event in EA once the schedule is published
    2. Click Export Team Check-In
  5. Team Directory

    1. Go to the event in the EA and click “Export Teams”
    2. Copy “Age”, “Team Name”, and Director Name-Scorekeeper Phone Number
    3. Paste it into this Google Sheet on a new tab for each event
    4. Freeze the top row and put it in orange or blue depending on the brand
    5. Make rows and font size minimum of Size 16
    6. Filter by Team Name (A to Z)
    7. Filter by Age (Z to A)
    8. Highlight all cells with information and save as a PDF
  6. College Packet

    1. Go to the event in the EA and click “Teams”
    2. Click Print Packet and then Full Packet
    3. File -> Save as a PDF
  7. Court Signs
    1. Use either PGH Signage or PH Signage
    2. Click Print, Custom, and use the pages you need.
  8. Print/Return Labels
    1. Found in the roms-logistics channel each week
    2. Print the necessary labels in regards to each venue

Prep Redzone Showcase Print Orders

  1. College Packet
    1. This will be made by the PN Scheduling team and will be sent to #EventContentCoverage. Download the packet from there.
  2. Practice Plan
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “Run of Show” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
  3. HT/WT
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “HT/WT” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names.
  4. 40 YD
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “HT/WT” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names.
  5. Shuttle
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “HT/WT” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names.
  6. Broad Jump
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “HT/WT” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names.
  7. L Drill
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “HT/WT” tab at the bottom of the sheet. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names.
  8. Player Check-In
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “Check In” tab at the bottom of the sheet.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names or upsells.
    4. Delete the upsells that are Registration Protection, VKTRY Insoles, or Event Insurance.
    5. Highlight the rows in yellow for attendees who purchased an Upsell other than the 3 listed above.
    6. Make the font for everything “Arial Black” so it is more legible for our directors.
    7. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF (Checked In-Upsells).
  9. Print/Return Labels
    1. Found in the roms-logistics channel each week
    2. Print the necessary labels in regards to each venue

Prep Dig Tournaments

  1. College Packet

    1. Go to the event in the EA and click “Teams”
    2. Click Print Packet and then Full Packet
    3. File -> Save as a PDF
  2. Team Directory
    1. Go to the event in the EA and click “Export Teams”
    2. Copy “Age”, “Team Name”, and Director Name-Scorekeeper Phone Number
    3. Paste it into this Google Folder on a new tab for each event
    4. Freeze the top row and put it in blue for Prep Dig
    5. Make rows and font size a minimum of Size 16
    6. Filter by Team Name (A to Z)
    7. Filter by Age (Z to A)
    8. Highlight all cells with information and save as a PDF
  3. Team Check-In
    1. Duplicate the Team Directory Sheet
    2. Delete the Director Name, Head Coach Phone Number/Email, & Assistant Coach Phone Number/Email
    3. Add a “Checked In?” column next to the Head Coach Name and Assistant Coach Name
    4. Highlight all cells with information and save as a PDF
  4. Print/Return Labels
    1. Found in the roms-logistics channel each week
    2. Print the necessary labels regarding each venue

Prep Dig Showcases

  1. College Packet

    4. Delete the upsells that are Registration Protection, VKTRY Insoles, or Event Insurance.
    5. Highlight the rows in yellow for attendees who purchased an Upsell other than the 3 listed above.
    6. Make the font for everything “Arial Black” so it is more legible for our directors.
    7. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF (Checked In-Upsells Columns).
  3. Adhesives- IF NECCESSARY (CHECK WITH LOGISTICS TEAM)
    1. PD “Event Name” Expo Numbers "Number Range- black and white- qty -2 - printed on 8.5 x 11 - 1 Up Adhesive Label
    2. Expo Number Document can be found HERE.
  4. Print/Return Labels
    1. Found in the roms-logistics channel each week
    2. Print the necessary labels regarding each venue

  1. College Packet
    1. This will be made by the PN Scheduling team and will be sent to #EventContentCoverage. Download the packet from there.
  2. Player Check-In
    1. Locate the correct folder by Year and Showcase Series Name HERE.
    2. Find the correct event in the folder and open it. Click the “Check In” tab at the bottom of the sheet.
    3. Make sure the columns do not cut off any names or upsells.
    4. Delete the upsells that are Registration Protection, VKTRY Insoles, or Event Insurance.
    5. Highlight the rows in yellow for attendees who purchased an Upsell other than the 3 listed above.
    6. Make the font for everything “Arial Black” so it is more legible for our directors.
    7. Highlight all the cells needed and save as a PDF (Checked In-Upsells Columns).
  3. Rosters and Schedules
    1. These will be included in the College Packet.
    2. Duplicate the College Packet and delete the pages that are not Rosters and Schedules (for each brand).
  4. Print/Return Labels
    1. Found in the roms-logistics channel each week
    2. Print the necessary labels regarding each venue

    2. Click into the file for the correct event, click Print, and save as a PDF.

    1. This will be sent to each ROM Region Channel. Download this file.
