Chase Concourse For Non-Managerial Staff

Chase Concourse Payment System

Chase Concourse will be our platform for paying non-managerial staff who work our events.

Staff email and Setting up an Account

Staff will receive an email notification for pay from PrepNetwork on the Monday after the event. If Monday is a holiday, they will receive a notification on Tuesday. A link to a training video, showing how to set up an account and options for confirming and receiving payment are below.

Staff will have the following options for getting paid:

  1. Direct Deposit
  2. Zelle/ACH
  3. Check by mail - checks are mailed out to the address on file if a payee does not accept their payment within 3 days of receiving their email notification for pay.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting questions that staff have will be directed to: accounting@prepnetwork.com

Some of the following issues and how to troubleshoot are below.

  1. Forgot Password
  • Click on Forgot password
  • Enter your email address
  • Select verification to be sent via email or text message.
  • Enter verification and change your password
  1. Too many unsuccessful verification attempts - You may retry accepting your payment in 12 hours.

Wrong Username/Email - If staff fills out the staffing application (typo), their username or email will be the email that they gave us.
