How it works
Browsing
You can search by name or filter by brand using the dropdown at the top, which covers Prep Network, Prep Hoops, Prep Girls Hoops, Prep Dig, Prep Redzone, Prep Redzone Next, Prep Soccer, Prep Softball, Prep Lacrosse, Prep Girls Lacrosse, Prep Gymnastics, Coast 2 Coast Preps, and All Sports Camp, with multiple brands selectable at once; assets can also be sorted by date added. Collections group related sets (e.g., all core Brand Logos) separately from individual event logos, and each asset shows as a thumbnail with its logo preview.
Opening an asset
Click any thumbnail to open its detail view, which shows:
- File name, format, size, and resolution (e.g., PNG, 321 KB, 3071 x 3435 px)
- Custom metadata — Brand and Event Type tags
- A tag list, with possible AI-suggested matches
- Arrows to page through other assets in the same set without going back to the grid
Getting a file
- Copy grabs a shareable link to the asset.
- Download saves the file; use the dropdown arrow on that button to pick a different file extension.
