Short camp description (paste into "describe your event" fields)
All Sports Camp is a multi-sport day camp for kids ages 6-13. Campers choose four different sports each day (basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, football, lacrosse, and more) in a positive, inclusive environment. The camp has sold out for years at Hamline University in Minnesota. ASC handles staffing, registration, marketing, insurance, parent communication, and daily operations. We provide everything but the space.
What ASC provides vs. what we need from the facility
- ASC handles: staffing, registration, marketing, insurance, parent comms, daily ops, scheduling.
- Facility provides: the space (gyms + fields, pool access + lifeguard where available), building access 8-5, custodial per their policy.
Fill per location (do NOT copy blindly)
- Specific building(s) — name the exact school/gym for that district
- Exact dates/weeks for that site (some can only do certain windows)
- Rate type / cost — leave to the facility to quote
- Days if the site can't do the full M-Th
Never guess — route to Kevin or Alex
- Account setup: ASC's own account vs. Prep Network umbrella (open question at Shakopee — decide before filing where it matters)
- COI issuance, EIN/W-9, or any tax ID a form requests
- Anything committing to a dollar figure or signing a contract
College forms differ — they run through Conference & Events, not a school rental form. Same org/contact/insurance block, but expect: residential vs commuter (answer: commuter), dining services (answer: yes, campers use the dining center), and campus spaces (gyms + turf). UWRF and UW-Stout are the live templates that Alex can share if you haven't already seen it
