PN Event Staff Uniform Guidelines

Branded materials
- Wear the Staff lanyard around your neck for visibility and accessibility for customers. Patrons need to be able to identify you in a crowd.

- Acceptable: blue, black, or gray denim
- Leggings

What to Avoid
- ❌ Torn or ripped clothing

Notes
- Our events are about the athletes, coaches, and families — not our outfits
- Uniforms should support trust, clarity, and approachability
- Site Directors have final say if an adjustment is needed for weather or role requirements
