PN Event Staff Uniform Guidelines

Branded materials

  • Wear the Staff lanyard around your neck for visibility and accessibility for customers. Patrons need to be able to identify you in a crowd.

Standard Attire

  • Bottoms:
  • Jeans (no rips, holes, or heavy fading)
  • Acceptable: blue, black, or gray denim
  • Leggings
  • Avoid bright colors
  • Tops:
  • A clean, presentable top (t-shirt, polo, quarter-zip, crewneck, or branded apparel if available)
  • Must fit well and be free of large non-Prep Network brand logos or busy graphics
  • Footwear:
  • Sneakers or casual shoes that are clean and in good condition
  • Avoid: sandals, slides, slippers, or heavily worn shoes

Outerwear (if needed)

  • Hoodies, jackets, or pullovers are fine if clean and neutral or branded
  • No large competing logos

What to Avoid

  • ❌ Torn or ripped clothing
  • ❌ Clothing with offensive language, political statements, or loud distracting designs
  • ❌ Athletic shorts or sweatpants (unless role-specific exception is granted by Site Director)
  • ❌ Open-toed shoes or slides
  • ❌ Anything that is dirty, wrinkled, or unkempt

Notes

  • Our events are about the athletes, coaches, and families — not our outfits
  • Uniforms should support trust, clarity, and approachability
  • Site Directors have final say if an adjustment is needed for weather or role requirements
