Admissions
Overview
The Admissions section has been updated with four new features:
1. Private Admission Links
Team-specific private admission links can be copied from the team details page. When accessed, these links show only the tickets designated as private for that team — public tickets are not visible.
To find this: Navigate to Events → select an event → Teams, find the team, click View, and copy the Private Admissions Link from the action menu.


2. Ticket Page Disclaimers
A custom spectator disclaimer can be set at the event level under Event Settings. Whatever text is entered will appear prominently above the ticket selection list on the public admissions page.
To find this: Navigate to Events → select an event → Settings and locate the Spectator Disclaimer field near the bottom.


3. Sold Out Ticket Behavior
When a ticket's available inventory is set to 0, it remains visible on the admissions page but is grayed out with the purchase button disabled. On the registration page, the ticket is explicitly labeled as Sold Out.
To find this: Navigate to Events → select an event → Tickets, edit the ticket, and set Currently Available For Purchase to 0.



4. On-Site Only Tickets
Certain tickets (e.g. Senior 65+) can be marked as on-site only, hiding them from the public admissions page entirely. They remain available for staff to sell through the check-in system under Collect Attendance Payment.
To find this: Navigate to Events → select an event → Tickets, edit or create a ticket, and enable the Onsite Only option.
