Event Ops Regions

Event Ops Regions

Prep Network utilizes an Event Operations regional map across all events. These regions define ownership and accountability for events by region.

Regional Operations Managers (ROMs)

Each region is overseen by a Regional Operations Manager (ROM). ROMs are responsible for any and all events that take place within their assigned territory. This includes oversight of event execution, hiring, and training all event directors.

If there is ever a question regarding:

  • Assignment or hiring of an Event Director/Site Directors

  • Official Assignors

  • Regional Logistics

You should first reach out to the Regional Operations Manager for that territory.

ROMs are to have high-level knowledge of all events occurring in their region. If a question falls outside their direct scope, they will route it to the appropriate Shared Services team member who can provide the answer.

This structure ensures clear ownership, streamlined communication, and consistent execution across all regions.

  • Great Lakes - Pat Buchanan

  • West - Josh Enoch

  • East - Cheryl Fronczak & Jenna Jasinski

  • Upper Midwest - Matt Wiitala

Staffing

Staffing leads oversee and coordinate:

  • Check-in and admissions staff

They should be your go-to contact for:

  • Staffing questions or coverage needs

  • Identifying and vetting new event staff leads

  • Guidance on roles, expectations, and on-site support

This regional structure ensures staffing consistency, accountability, and clear communication across all events.
