Registration Page
Access by going to Settings > Registration Page > Choose Brand
Choose an event type:
NOTE: Templates are applied to ALL events with that type within that brand.
Editing the Page / Section by Section
NOTE: Be sure to save each section. You will get a “[section] saved successfully” message. If you don’t see the message, the most common issue is the size of the image uploaded for that section. Resize and re-upload and ensure the section is saved successfully.
Header
Standard buttons (coverage/circuit/register) are hard-coded and will appear on all events where appropriate.
Date, location and countdown will also appear on all events and are dynamic to the event itself.
If you’d like to add additional CTA buttons to the top area, you can add these in the “Header” section. You can also select the page on which to show the CTA (e.g. after it switches to activation).
Banner
There is no change in how logos are assigned to events in the event settings. Register + BallerTV CTAs are hard coded.
If needed, the hero area imagery can be updated here, but this should only be touched when rebranding. What is uploaded currently should remain.
Note: the foreground image will not appear on mobile.
Event Details
Event details can be added/updated here. As with the above, please leave as is except tournament or showcase-wide changes. These values will pull in dynamically based on the information entered at the event level. Additionally you can add any new labels you wish here to show. For Games Guaranteed, you can adjust that on each individual event page if necessary in the event settings.
Information can be displayed on the registration page, activation page, or both by entering the choice as above.
Overview
This section is intended to give a high level overview of what our events can offer participants.
Change the title of the section and background image here. Titles can include things like “What We Offer” or “Are [Brand] Events Right for You?” / “Are [Brand] Events Right for Your Team?”
Update the title and content within each section here. Add sections using the “Add Highlight” button.
There should always be an even amount of total sections (preferably 4, but some - like Next - only have 2).
What To Expect
This section aims to explain what to expect at this particular event. Whenever possible, we should strive to update the specific event’s HIGH LEVEL schedule. This is different than the detailed schedules posted to Exposure, and more similar to a general Run of Show. At minimum, we should strive to have a placeholder or example schedule in place per brand.
The section image and CTA are set within the template. If there is no schedule input at the event level, the schedule section and image will not show.
SaveAndPlay info or any other fine print can be added in the “Fine Print” section.
NOTE: Please refrain from adding additional description at the EVENT level if at all possible, outside of special event types with additional or event-specific information, such as NCAA or Sizzle events. Old event description info should be captured in the other section updates.
For showcases, walkup on/off text can be edited here as well:

The schedule is set within the individual event by going to event > Operations sidebar > Event Schedule.
Add as many dates and time frames as needed by using the “Add Day” and “Add Time Frame” buttons.
Again, if there is no schedule input here, this section will not show.
Sales Team/Event Director/Site Director
These will pull in automatically and should be updated following the previous processes.
Tickets
Tickets will be displayed based on the tickets that are assigned at the event level.
Fine print can be added in the Tickets section.
Helpful Links
Helpful links will be displayed using the same process as before at the event level. As a reminder, you can choose if you'd like them to display pre-event (registration), post-event (activation), or both.
CTA button and link can be updated here.
Fine print can also be added if needed (but not suggested).
The Global Link feature has also been added to the Helpful Links section under Registration Page settings.
To add a Global Helpful Link, navigate to Settings → Registration Page, select a website and event type, and scroll to the Helpful Links section. Click Add Global Link and fill in the following fields:
- Title & URL — the link label and destination
- Category — select from the available dropdown to group the link appropriately
- Visibility — check Pre-Event and/or Post-Event to control when the link appears on the public event page

Hide Until — optionally check this to conditionally show the link based on a threshold. Select a model (Attendees, College RSVPs, or Weeks Until Event) and enter a value in the Reaches field. The link will remain hidden on the public event page until that threshold is met.
Global links appear alongside any per-event links under the correct category on the public event page.
Partners, Socials, and Footer
These will all pull in automatically and can be updated where they were updated previously.
Footer links can be added and updated for the template here.
Other
BallerTV Display Toggle
The BallerTV switch in the event settings controls the visibility of the BallerTV link on the event page.
If no link is manually entered in the event settings, the system will fall back to the brand default link.
If a link is entered, it will override the default and display the custom link.
Registration Page Updates
Example URL: Legacy Classic Registration
The “Register Now” button is automatically removed if registration is closed.
City and state are now displayed underneath the venue name for clearer location context.
Spectator tickets are now still available even after team registration has closed.
Event Edit Page Behavior
Example URL: Legacy Classic Edit Page
The edit page will now display either registration or activation view based on the “Internal Status” field in the event settings.
When activation is shown, rosters are auto-added to the activation page to streamline setup.
UI Updates
The button previously labeled “View Coverage” has been updated to “View Event” across all events for consistency and clarity.
