You will need to create an account on the National Emerald Club.

What this means is that:
- You can bypass the counter and go straight to the Emerald aisle to pick up a car
- Pay for a midsize/intermediate sedan, but take whatever is available in the Emerald aisle at no extra cost.
- You can get elevated status if you tie in your personal airline and hotel reward account numbers, which means you will earn more points and faster
- National One Way Rentals:
  - Flat Fee for unlimited miles: book emerald aisle car
  - Do not book prem or luxury car
- Business Direct Bill - the company business account will get billed, rather than you having to pay at pick up
- You can book with Concur, and our PN Business Account Number will automatically apply
Please do the following:
- Complete the Account Activation
- Enter in a personal credit card so that you can utilize the discount, but not charge the company
- ALWAYS reserve a mid-size (intermediate) sedan
- Load the personal Emerald Club member number profile in Concur
  - Put it in Enterprise and National - same number for both
- Book with National and Enterprise on Concur for all business travels
  - If you would like to book for personal use of the discount, use the direct website
Disclaimers:
- Emerald Aisle is only at National - if you reserve at enterprise you get what you reserve, but earn the points
- Best rate promise - if the retail rate is cheaper than our rental rate, you will never pay more than the general public; the account will automatically reduce the rate
- Rental Car Insurance
  - Our commercial business insurance policy provides coverage for rental vehicles. If you prefer to purchase additional rental car insurance, you may do so at your own expense.

Please do NOT share our account number with anyone, as it is a “direct billing” account, which means the company will be billed directly rather than at pick up.
